Our Inspiration - Community First! Village - Austin, TX

We are modeling Settled Inn Village from a program that has been successful since 2015. Community First! Village in Austin, TX.

Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness.

Settled Inn Village will acquire approximately 22 acres of land. We'll build 10 tiny home units with community support buildings. We'll expand to100 tiny homes, with a projected 3-5 year building plan

Our Mission

To create a community for those who have experienced homelessness to be "Home at Last". The organization is the dream of a group of concerned citizens who have had practical, first-hand experience working with those experiencing homelessness in the area. The group has formed a board of directors, created a limited liability corporation and received a 501©3 designation.
